Strawberry Shortcake Martini Cocktail Recipe

This sweet, but not-too-sweet cocktail makes for the perfect after-dinner dessert cocktail or can be easily enjoyed of an evening after a long day.

Using our Strawberry Shortcake Liqueur and Whipped Cream vodka, it is smooth and creamy, whilst a bit of cranberry helps to take off that sweet edge.

This Strawberry Shortcake Martini cocktail is surprisingly light, but the flavour is satisfyingly indulgent!

We wonder what it may be like with a block of rich dark chocolate on the side?

RECIPE

- 60ml Newy Distillery Strawberry Shortcake Liqueur.

- 15ml Newy Distillery Whipped Cream Vodka.

- 85ml Strawberry Schnapps (optional).

- 85ml Cranberry Juice.

- Ice

Fresh Strawberry Slices

1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.

3. Shake well for 30-40 seconds.

4. Strain into a martini glass.

5. Add garnish.

6. Enjoy!
